Alan Deutschman: "Change or Die"
Recommendation: Alan Deutschman's book "CHANGE OR DIE" gives very convincing explanations how change in personal life and in organizations works or not works. I am really exalted about his determinations 3 Fs for FACTS, FEAR and FORCE and 3 Rs for RELATE, REPEAT and REFRAME.
The keys for real change are for the most of us
- Relate : You form a new, emotional relationship with a person or community that inspires and sustains hope.
- Repeat: The new relationship helps learn, practice and master the new habits and skills.
- Reframe: The new relationship helps to learn new ways of thinking about your situation and life.
Transformation needs new hope, new skills, and new thinking.
