Great explanation of why management must be reinvented, by Gary Hamel. Hamel shows us that organizations are prisoners from mental management model from the past and we have to change in order to accomodate the new needs of business. "Management Innovation" comes from fundamentally how organizations mobilize human capabilities.

Pretty good introduction
Pretty good introduction indeed. Though I would coin the title differently: Management is a technology from the industrial age that has lost its validity. Organizations, thus, MUST be reinvented - and we have to leave the toxic management legacy behind for that. The future is Beta, or you may as well call it "Leadership"...
