Differently than in other communities, this is not the place for associates to describe YOURSELF! It is the place to write about the experience and talents of OTHER associates you know personally, or virtually. It´s the place to show whom else they want to say something about. This forum give people who don't know many associate a chance to get to know him, or her, to learn about his or her talents and so on.
