Great news for everyone speaking ITALIAN... (and those with a knack for Italy)

Last week, I received the draft layouts for the Italian edition of "Leading with Flexible Targets", from ETAS, the publisher. The book will be published in March or April, and title in Italian will be: "Leadership e obiettivi flessibili. Beyond budgeting: come rivoluzionare il sistema delle performance". Sounds like music to me...

I found the layout very promising and the content has been carfully revised for this edition. The book is co-authored with Sergio Mascheretti (www.betacodex.org/user/1134), who is a partner at ITM Consulenza in Bergamo, Italy, a teacher at several universities, and wo has also previously authored two successful books on financial management.

So Beyond Budgeting and the BetaCodex are coming to Italy! Besides Sergio Mascheretti, Italian organizations interested in getting professional help, and also event organizers looking for speakers, can count on Gaia Bassani (www.betacodex.org/user/119), who is an associate at ITM Consulenza and who has greatly contributed to the book´s Italian edition.

Sergio, Gaia and I started working together on Beyond Budgeting and the BetaCodex last year, and we are now looking forward to get the book to the market, and to start working on transformation with Italian comapanies.
