New paper "Organize for Complexity" - call for action

Update on the paper

Here´s an update.
The paper is still evolving. So it´s not too late to contribute and influence!
The middle part has evolved quite a bit, and yesterday Lars (Vollmer) contributed a wonderful new slide on the "3 types of gaps" that result from (tayloristic) management. This slide alone is worth reading the paper, I belive!
I invite you all to take a close look at this paper, which is both the biggest so far (at 56 pages already) and the most vividly illustrated, thanks to lots of hand-drawn illustrations that we used by permission of Jurgen Appelo (www.noop.nl).
When reading, please consider that the paper is still incomplete, with content missing especially in the beginning and at the end of the paper. Your contributions , comments and ideas about it are highly appreciated!
